Purley Language College
Purley Language College is a British Council accredited language college that provides courses catered for students from the age of 12 and over, including adult courses. Students can take courses as short as a week in length or up to a year. Themes are selected that will interest students, such as food, fashion or sport, and encourage students to practise speaking the language as much as possible. Lots of pronunciation work is utilised and the tutors teach practical language skills that can be used in real life situations. At higher levels more advanced themes are covered, such as the environment, social issues or education. Written work is also included. Students are also taught to pass recognised English language examinations such as FCE, CAE or Ielts.
